Benchman® VMC4000 Vertical Machining Center

The Benchman® 4000 is a fully enclosed, computer-numerical-controlled, tabletop, vertical machining center. It uses intuitive, Windows-based control software that is compatible with ISO standard G- and M-code program statements. Because of its small size and low cost of operation, it is an ideal research tool for performing machining studies on specialized materials. The Benchman® 4000 is being instrumented with sensors that include a dynamometer for measuring xyz-force components and spindle power. |
